IMPORTANT
· Prices of each cottage of 8 with possibility of 2 and 4 additional beds
· · Minimum rental period: 2 days in L/S and M/S, variable period in H/S
· LOW SEASON: From Sunday to Thursday (except in H/S).
· MIDDLE SEASON: Friday and Saturday (except in H/S).
· HIGH SEASON: Easter, Christmas, July, August, long weekends and holidays.

RESERVATION FORMALIZATION
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
To reserve our houses send us an email to info@abuelabenita.es
Bank transfer to the account of Abuela Benita, S.L., stating the day of entry and exit and the number of people.
It is necessary to attach the proof of the transfer to the response of the informative email that we send you so that the reservation is formalized. They will be contacted by phone or email to confirm it. If not, please contact us.
We reserve the right to request a deposit of € 250.
The cancellation policy applies to all cancellations made during the fifteen daysprior to entering the house. Once the stay has begun, cancellations are not allowed, so the client must pay the total amount agreed for it.
Validity: It will be applied during all months of the year.
Penalty: The total amount of the amounts paid will be applied as cancellation expenses for all those cancellations made outside the stipulated period (fifteen days prior to the date of entry or during the stay).
In case of canceling before the fixed term, it will be penalized with 25% of the transferred amount.
